On 25 June 2025, FEBA team participated in the IdeasFest event in Brussels, hosted by FoodDrinkEurope. The event served as a platform to showcase innovative ideas, spark inspiration, and highlight leadership from food and drink makers shaping the future of the industry.
During the plenary session, attendees heard from inspiring keynote speakers who shared insights on:
- A change-makers guide to feeding the world,
- Innovations – and the innovators – disrupting the status quo,
- Unlocking trillion-euro opportunities to drive climate resilience and food security,
- The mental mindset for success, and
- Ambitious but achievable goals such as reaching net zero, halving food waste, and boosting the economy without being overwhelmed.
The event also featured a variety of interactive sessions hosted by food and drink industry leaders, including workshops, tastings, demonstrations, and networking. Attendees explored themes of innovation, leadership, and technology in the sector — and took a flavourful journey of discovery at the Taste the Future Innovation Space.
