We are Committed to Supporting the Development and Growth of our Members at Every Stage
The European Food Banks Federation (FEBA) unites and strengthens food banks across Europe with one common purpose: alleviating hunger and preventing food waste. Our members operate in diverse contexts, yet they share the challenge of building resilient organizations that can respond to both immediate social needs and long-term sustainability goals.
At FEBA, we recognize that food banks evolve through different stages of growth, from early grassroots efforts to established national leaders. That is why we are committed to being a trusted partner at every step of the journey. We provide the tools, knowledge, and collaborative spaces that food banks need to thrive—helping them to professionalize operations, embed themselves within their national ecosystems, and ultimately ensure that surplus food reaches those who need it most.
By fostering solidarity, sharing expertise, and amplifying our collective voice, FEBA enables food banks to strengthen their impact locally while contributing to broader European efforts to build a more sustainable and inclusive food system. Together, we grow stronger, more resilient, and more effective in the fight against food insecurity.
