External Consultant: Digital Systems Expert (Data & Platforms)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Systems Expert to support us in our transition to a new data collection and analysis platform. The consultant will assess and recommend the most suitable digital solutions, contribute technical expertise to funding applications, and provide strategic advisory support during the initial project implementation phase. This position is a remote consultancy contract from October 2026 – May 2027 (approximately 22 working days), delivered across two phases in line with the project timeline.

Call for Expressions of Interest: Establishment of the FEBA Roster of Strategic Experts

As FEBA embarks on the implementation of its 2027–2030 Strategy, the organisation is entering a new phase of growth and ambition. To successfully deliver these ambitions, we are identifying individuals, organisations and multidisciplinary teams with expertise aligned with our strategic priorities. Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply for one or multiple Lots depending on their multidisciplinary expertise and organisational profile.

How to Apply

Interested candidates ​are invited to send their CV, a brief statement outlining their expertise and the Lot(s) for which they wish to be considered, examples of relevant work, publications, portfolios/references and an indicative daily or hourly professional fee, for planning and budgeting purposes only. A detailed financial proposal will be requested only for specific assignments, where applicable.

Expressions of interest are welcome on an ongoing basis. Those received by Friday, 18 September 2026 will be considered in the first review round.
