The event featured high-profile speakers, including Ursula von der Leyen (President at the Commission) and Roxana Mînzatu, (Executive Vice-President for Social Rights at the Commission).

The 2026 Forum explored how Europe can ensure quality jobs, equitable opportunities, and robust social protection, all while navigating technological advances, economic challenges, and a shifting geopolitical landscape. Strengthening social rights is central to FEBA’s mission, helping to guarantee that all individuals can live with dignity and security in an inclusive society.
