A History of Solidarity: Million Meals Initiative
ICG has been a valued partner of FEBA since 2022, providing annual donations that support the daily operations of food banks across Europe. These contributions help strengthen operational capacity, reduce food waste, and support FEBA’s mission to combat food insecurity at scale.
In 2022, ICG launched its Million Meals initiative in response to rising food insecurity and the cost-of-living crisis. Over three years, the programme represents a total investment of £1.69 million and has delivered over 3.5 million meals to more than 300,000 individuals across 12 countries.
In 2025, the initiative enabled food sourcing and delivery for nearly 8,000 charities working on the ground.
FEBA is proud to be one of 10 partner organisations, supporting the distribution of 150,000 meals across 7 European cities through its network.
A Strategic, Long-Term Partnership
The ICG-FEBA partnership is grounded in a shared commitment to scalable, long-term social impact, which aligns closely with ICG’s priorities around food security, inclusion, and community resilience. Beyond funding, the partnership is strengthened by strong employee engagement, with over 35% of ICG staff participating in volunteering, fundraising, and awareness activities.
