A Partnership Focused on Children’s Nutrition
In 2024, Amway supported FEBA and its members through targeted initiatives aimed at improving access to nutritious food for children in vulnerable situations across Europe. The support enabled Food Banks to respond effectively to urgent needs and emergencies, particularly for people most affected by socio-economic instability. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to addressing child food insecurity and supporting children’s health, development, and well-being.
Supporting Food Banks Across Europe
Thanks to Amway’s support, food banks in six European countries — Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Greece, Poland, and Ukraine — were able to deliver tangible assistance to children and families. In countries such as Ukraine and Greece, which are facing heightened socio-economic pressure, these contributions were vital in reinforcing local response capacities and ensuring that vulnerable families continued to receive essential support.
Across the network, this partnership improved access to nutritious food for thousands of children and young people. This support enabled food banks to expand food rescue and redistribution activities, provide child-focused food assistance, and organise complementary initiatives such as educational workshops and community activities. Ultimately, Amway’s contribution has made a tangible difference in the lives of children and families throughout Europe.
Amway’s commitment to creating a positive impact extends to both special initiatives and emergency responses. In 2024, Amway donated €10,000 to the Barcelona Food Bank following the participation of leaders and distributors in a Power Walk activity during the Leadership Training Seminar in Tarragona. More recently, 6,800 products were donated to the Portuguese Federation of Food Banks to support communities affected by the severe flooding across Southern Spain and Portugal.
Beyond these initiatives, giving back remains a core value for Amway ESAN. Whenever surplus stock is identified in its regional warehouses, the company coordinates with local food banks and NGOs to ensure these items reach those who need them most. These recurring donations —including nutrition, hygiene, and home care products— frequently support food banks within the FEBA network across several countries, such as Hungary, Poland, and the Netherlands (Venlo).
