The skill-sharing session “City food recovery vs food poverty” focused on sharing information about the recovey and redistribution of fresh and cooked food from the ditribution and the catering sector. Moreover, thanks to the availability of Fondazione Banco Alimentare Onlus to share their knowledge and expertise, it was possible to follow their daily operation activities. In the morning of October 29th, during the last day, a wrap-up session has been planned in order to exchange opinions, to reinforce new learnings and to drive next steps for the recovery and redistribution of fresh and cooked food from the distribution and catering sector.
