On 19 August, FEBA hosted the August edition of the Fundraising Forum, which focused on enhancing online fundraising and donor engagement. The session featured a presentation from fundraising platform iRaiser on strategies for personalisation of the donor journey, peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, and techniques to improve donor retention.
The Forum also featured insights from the Danish Food Bank on corporate partnerships, fundraising initiatives with airlines, a corporate volunteering programme designed to enhance the effectiveness of corporate contributions and innovative models such as donation agreements with supermarkets. During the session, participants exchanged experiences and new initiatives, including online food collection with Frisco and partnerships with other companies, while also addressing challenges posed by legislative frameworks and food waste regulations.
